Did you have to drip faucets for a freeze? Have you been watering? Fill a pool? 

You could possibly have a leaky toilet or faucet that's difficult to detect. Just call the office and we'll work with you to solve the problem.

You may not have - the numbers on your meter may have been transposed or hard to read.

Check your meter and the surrounding area for possible leaks. Next, call our office and report low pressure for your area.

Ground water is naturally colored by minerals in the ground. Some wells have more color than others and can affect the color of your water.

A repair could have been completed recently allowing air to enter the line, causing the milky look.

We may have received it after the due date or we may not have received it at all. Call our office and we will help you solve the problem.

All bills are due on the 15th of each month. A late fee will occur, if payment is received after the 15th. 

If payment is not received by the 25th of the month, non payment accounts will be shut off and a reconnect fee will be added to the account.
