A regular meeting of the Chalk Hill Special Utility District will be held on February 10th, 2025 at 6:30PM. The meeting will be held at the Chalk Hill Special Utility District's office, at 16076 FM 1716 East, Henderson, Texas 75652.
Matters to be considered by the Board of Directors and on which the Board of Directors expects to take official action:
- Approve minutes of the January 20, 2026 board meeting.
- Presentation by citizens: any citizen may make a presentation at this time; however no action will be taken unless provided for on the agenda. Limit 3 minutes each. Limit of one speaker per issue.
- Morgan LaGrone, CPA will present the 2025 audit for approval.
- Order Director’s Election to be held May 2026, for Positions 1, 2, 3, and 4, designating polling place and time for absentee and regular voting.
- Order issuance of public notice of Director’s Election as required by law.
- Appointment of election supplies, to have ballots prepared, to obtain approved ballot boxes, and to make any other arrangements necessary, including but not limited to training for election officials, for the lawful conduction and administration of the Director’s Election.
- Motion to canvas election results at our regular meeting to be held May 2026.
- General Manager’s report.
The Board may discuss general issues without taking action.
